About the role
Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping to fulfil online orders for millions of customers each week. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, ensuring that every order is prepared with accuracy and care.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack online orders accurately, efficiently and safely.
- Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and customer enquiries.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards health and safety for yourself and colleagues.
Required profile
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
