Office Manager – Culture & Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking an Office Manager to be the heartbeat of our workspace at krunch. The role combines facilities oversight, culture championing and basic financial support to keep the office running smoothly and the team engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Manage office facilities, leases and service vendors such as cleaning, security, IT and catering.
• Plan and execute internal cultural events, team celebrations and corporate conferences.
• Maintain a safe, clean and inspiring work environment, chairing the Health and Safety Committee.
• Support finance and leadership teams with budget tracking, purchase orders and end‑of‑month reporting under guidance.
• Handle documentation, minute‑taking, admin spend tracking and schedule management with high accuracy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in office facilities and vendor management.
• Enthusiastic planner who enjoys fostering team culture.
• Comfortable working with numbers, budgets and basic financial tasks.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and confidentiality standards.
• Ability to lead health and safety initiatives.
