About the role
We are seeking an Occupational Hygiene Consultant to join our team in Christchurch. You will support our clients by delivering occupational hygiene, asbestos and hazardous substance services across New Zealand. Our NZ‑owned company is respected for its flexible and supportive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational hygiene assessments at client sites to identify potential health hazards.
- Identify, evaluate, and advise on asbestos‑related issues, ensuring safe handling and compliance.
- Assess hazardous substances present in workplace environments and recommend appropriate control measures.
- Participate in a variety of projects throughout New Zealand, delivering tailored hygiene solutions.
Required profile
- Professional experience in occupational hygiene, asbestos or hazardous substance management.
- Ability to work on‑site with clients in Christchurch and other locations.
