Night Shift Machine Operator – Powder Plant

About the role

This position is based in Vitaco's Dairy Powder Plant and operates on the night shift (10:00 pm – 6:30 am). You will run high‑speed production equipment, ensure smooth line performance, and support continuous output in a GMP‑controlled environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high‑speed machinery throughout the night shift.
• Set up, adjust, and optimise production lines to meet quality and efficiency targets.
• Perform routine checks, record data, and report any deviations to the shift supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and GMP‑compliant work area.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg regularly.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving mindset.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
