Night Manager

About the role

Join Avani Auckland Metropolis Residences as a Night Manager and be the face of hospitality during overnight hours. You will welcome late arrivals, ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, and maintain a warm, professional presence for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome late arrivals and manage seamless check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for hotel operations from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am.
• Oversee nightly tasks, ensuring precision and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and handovers for the morning team.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns with professionalism.
• Collaborate with on‑site security to guarantee guest safety and property security.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in a hotel front‑office environment.
• Extensive background in hospitality with solid knowledge of guest service standards.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a consistently positive demeanor.
• Strong time‑management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Impeccable professional presentation.
• Flexibility to work weekends and rotating shifts.
