National Account / Commercial Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑growing FMCG business as a National Account / Commercial Manager, responsible for key retail partnerships across ANZ and North America. You will drive in‑market execution and growth for six consumer brands, working closely with buyers, sales, marketing and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow national retail accounts for all brands in ANZ and North America.
• Build strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute joint business plans, range reviews, new product launches and in‑store execution strategies.
• Plan and deliver promotional activities aligned with commercial objectives.
• Analyse sales data, market trends and performance metrics to inform decisions.
• Own forecasting and collaborate with Operations on demand planning.
• Work with Marketing on campaigns, launches and brand initiatives.
• Identify new distribution opportunities and manage trade spend to ensure ROI.
• Prepare and present reports, insights and account plans to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in FMCG sales or account management.
• Experience managing major retail accounts such as Woolworths, Coles, Foodstuffs, etc.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
