Mower Operator – Premier Parks

About the role

Green by Nature is seeking a dedicated Mower Operator to maintain the Premier Parks across the Queenstown Lakes District. You will ensure high‑quality grass care and keep public spaces looking pristine.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled mowing of parks using commercial ride‑on mowers.
• Carry out weed eating, edging, and general upkeep to meet client specifications.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to keep machinery in optimal condition.
• Log maintenance activities and report on equipment status.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outdoor space maintenance, especially with small plant and ride‑on mowers.
• Physical fitness for the demands of park maintenance.
• Full, current driver’s licence with manual transmission capability (Class 2 preferred).
• Commitment to health and safety policies and a positive, can‑do attitude.
