Morning Logistics Coordinator – AM Shift

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Logistics Coordinator to join our early‑morning team at the Stonedon Drive Distribution Centre in Auckland. The role starts at 4:00 am and runs until approximately 12:30 pm, combining site opening duties with coordination of outbound transport and front‑counter customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Open the distribution centre each morning, ensuring security and safety standards are met.
• Assist early‑shift drivers with tie‑downs, departures and paperwork.
• Coordinate outbound transport runs and monitor deliveries via the E‑road system.
• Chase Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and resolve delivery issues.
• Handle customer collections at the front counter until mid‑morning.
• Maintain accurate records, support QHSET compliance and contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Required profile

• Full Class 5 driver licence with a clean driving history (essential).
• Endorsed counterbalance forklift licence (2.5 t–5 t) – advantage.
• Experience with gantry crane operation – highly desirable.
• Proven experience in dispatch or logistics coordination.
• Physically fit with a safety‑first mindset and the ability to manage shifting priorities calmly.
