About the role
Geeks on Wheels is looking for a Mobile PC Technician and Consultant to join its Auckland team. You will provide on‑site computer support and consultancy to a range of clients, using a company‑provided vehicle to travel between locations.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair and maintain desktop and laptop computers at client sites.
- Provide technical advice and consulting services to improve client IT environments.
- Document service calls, resolutions and recommendations.
- Utilise company phone and vehicle to ensure timely on‑site response.
Required profile
- Enthusiasm for technology and helping users.
- Willingness to learn on the job – no formal IT qualifications required.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
