Miele Sales Consultant

About the role

Miele is looking for a Sales Consultant to join its Experience Centre team in Auckland. You will guide customers through their purchasing journey by understanding their needs, giving expert product advice and showing the quality, innovation and performance of Miele products. The role is about building lasting customer relationships and helping people make informed decisions on products designed to last for generations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised product advice and consultative sales solutions
• Build strong customer relationships and guide customers from enquiry through to purchase
• Demonstrate Miele products and their features so customers can make informed decisions
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while keeping premium customer service standards
• Maintain a high standard of presentation, keeping products and displays at their best
• Work with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience and support store operations
• Keep product knowledge up to date through ongoing training and development

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, customer service or consultative sales
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Proactive, results-driven approach with strong organisational skills
• Nice to have: experience in premium retail, appliances, furniture, kitchens, interiors or luxury brands

Required skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Nice to have: confidence delivering product demonstrations or presentations
• Nice to have: experience with CRM or point-of-sale systems
