About the role
Flywheel, part of Omnicom Media, is looking for a talented mid‑weight designer to join its creative team. You will translate brand strategies into compelling visual solutions that engage shoppers across both physical and digital touchpoints.
Key responsibilities
- Translate brand strategies into visual assets for physical and digital shopper touchpoints.
- Develop concepts from ideation through to final production, including campaign assets.
- Collaborate with senior designers and cross‑functional teams to ensure design quality and consistency.
- Prepare files for both print production and digital specifications.
Required profile
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field.
- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio across multiple mediums.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Adobe After Effects (or similar motion tool)
