Mid-Weight Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Weight Designer to join our in‑house creative team. Reporting to the Design Lead, you will help bring our brand to life across print, digital, and social media, supporting product launches, campaigns, and storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Design Lead with day‑to‑day execution of creative briefs and brand projects.
• Design across packaging, print collateral, digital assets, and social media content.
• Develop pre‑launch and launch campaign assets, including Reels, static posts, and launch grids.
• Prepare and manage print‑ready files, liaising with suppliers and print partners.
• Collaborate with the wider brand team to ensure work is on‑brand and commercially viable.
• Organise design files, assets, and project documentation.
• Contribute fresh ideas during creative brainstorms.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of design experience, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of social‑media content creation, platform formats, and visual trends.
• Experience preparing files for both digital and print production.
• Meticulous eye for detail and passion for considered design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to support the Design Lead.
