Materials Planner

About the role
The Material Replenishment Planner / Purchasing Officer ensures the right materials are available at the right time and location to support production and distribution. This role executes procurement activities, manages supplier transactions, and drives cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services.

Required profile
- 3+ years in supply planning, replenishment, or MRP roles
- Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capability
- Strong stakeholder engagement across procurement, operations, and suppliers
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or multi‑site operations (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- High attention to detail and organisational capability
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities simultaneously
