Marketing Manager

About the role

Westpac is seeking a Marketing Manager to turn strategy into action and lead the planning, development, and delivery of integrated campaigns that strengthen the brand and drive commercial outcomes. You will translate insights into effective marketing plans, oversee end‑to‑end execution across multiple channels, and ensure a customer‑first approach throughout.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with strategic direction.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with brand, customer, cross‑functional teams and agency partners to deliver seamless experiences.
• Apply a test‑and‑learn mindset to optimise campaign performance.
• Maintain accurate campaign budgets and financial tracking.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven ability to manage end‑to‑end campaign delivery.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to turn insight into action and craft clear, engaging content for target audiences.
• Comfortable working with complex products and processes, preferably in financial services or similar sectors.
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
