Marketing Manager - Campaigns

As Marketing Manager – Campaigns you will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through data‑driven, integrated marketing strategies across mass and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver ATL, digital and BTL campaigns aligned to acquisition and revenue targets.
• Translate commercial goals into clear campaign objectives, execution plans and performance metrics.
• Own and optimise campaign performance across channels, improving CPA, conversion rates and funnel progression.
• Leverage data and insights to refine targeting, messaging, creative and overall effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Digital, Automation, Frontline, agencies and other functions to deliver seamless customer journeys.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and within budget while maintaining brand standards, compliance and governance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing manager or similar role, preferably in a services environment.
• Proven track record delivering integrated ATL campaigns that drive commercial outcomes.
• Strong performance‑marketing experience across digital channels with a data‑driven mindset.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams and managing agencies, budgets and stakeholders.
• Insurance or financial‑services experience is preferred, or ability to quickly learn regulated product environments.
