Marketing Executive

About the role

The Arnott’s Group is seeking a driven, curious and digitally‑savvy marketer to join its NZ team. In this hands‑on position you will support iconic brands such as 180 Degrees and Arnott’s Gold, working across brand and digital channels to create engaging consumer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Execute brand campaigns and promotional plans for assigned portfolios.
• Support partnerships, events and experiential activations.
• Manage social and digital execution across the NZ portfolio, including content creation.
• Monitor brand, social, competitor and market performance and translate insights into action.
• Maintain and update the NZ website to ensure a strong brand presence.
• Contribute to wider marketing initiatives and assist with brand planning.

Required profile

• Early‑career marketer with a passion for food and consumer goods.
• Proactive, collaborative and eager to roll up sleeves to get things done.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across sales, supply chain and agency partners.
• Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team.
