Marketing Copywriter - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Copywriter to join our AI training team. In this remote contractor position you will apply your expert writing and editing skills to help shape and improve AI chatbots, ensuring they deliver high‑quality, brand‑consistent content.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for accuracy, relevance, and performance.
• Identify logical gaps or errors in chatbot responses and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with the AI development team to refine model behavior based on your feedback.

Required profile

• Fluent English at native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Background in communications, journalism, or related fields is preferred.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
• Only applicants residing in New Zealand will be considered.
