Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Coordinator to bring the Shot Darts brand to life across content, campaigns and in‑store experiences. You will work closely with the Marketing, Research & Development and eCommerce teams to create compelling stories that showcase our premium darts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media content strategy, including filming, editing and scheduling reels.
• Write creative copy for campaigns, product packaging, website and email marketing.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop themes and copy for new dart ranges.
• Support eCommerce and in‑store promotions by creating copy and point‑of‑sale assets.
• Brief and coordinate designers for campaign and launch assets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date, on‑brand website content.
• Assist with email marketing setup, copy drafting and testing.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners and ensure brand consistency.
• Provide general marketing administration and project coordination.
• Monitor industry, social media and technology trends to generate fresh ideas.

Required profile

• Creative copywriter with a strong sense of brand tone and voice.
• Confident in planning, filming and editing video content for social platforms.
• Marketing qualification (degree, diploma or equivalent).
• Organised multi‑tasker able to juggle several projects and deadlines.
• Effective communicator and team player comfortable working cross‑functionally.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to maintain brand consistency.
