Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing campaigns, promotions and digital content over a six‑week period. The role is based in Wiri and involves working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering marketing campaigns, promotions and digital content.
• Coordinate content across social media, email newsletters and promotional materials.
• Support trade shows, conferences and promotional events to boost brand awareness.
• Maintain website updates, digital assets and brand resources.
• Partner with external marketing agencies and suppliers to execute initiatives.
• Help launch campaigns and compile performance reports.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, digital content and promotional activities.
• Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, confident working across internal teams and external partners.
• Experience supporting campaign reporting and analysing marketing performance across digital channels.
