Marketing Coordinator

About the role

As a Marketing Coordinator at Bostik, you will support the planning and execution of marketing activities across customer, trade, and digital channels. You will help deliver high‑quality promotions and digital content that strengthen the brand, support sales, and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of customer‑specific marketing plans in collaboration with Sales.
• Coordinate in‑store promotions, merchandising, and POS materials to ensure strong brand presence.
• Plan and deliver promotional campaigns aligned with sales objectives, ensuring timely execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements.
• Support new product launches and market introductions across channels.
• Manage social media and website content, creating engaging digital campaigns and tracking performance.
• Coordinate trade events, customer training, and product demonstrations with strong brand representation.
• Design and maintain product, packaging, and marketing collateral in line with brand and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Represent Bostik at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to graphic design tasks.
• Experience with adhesives, sealants, waterproofing, flooring systems, or similar technical products (preferred).
• Strong organisational and project‑coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Adobe product suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
