Marketing Coordinator – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

Aliaxis is seeking an organised and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join its New Zealand marketing team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This hybrid role blends creative campaign work with essential administrative support, giving you the chance to contribute to promotional activities, events and trade‑show coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creation and execution of the quarterly promotional calendar, partnering with sales managers and distributors.
• Coordinate with external creative agencies and in‑house design teams to develop high‑impact promotional assets.
• Support events, trade shows, marketing communications and day‑to‑day administration, including invoicing and internal event organisation.
• Manage client communication and campaign activity, representing Aliaxis NZ and Marley at industry events.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Customer Insights module to deliver targeted email marketing campaigns and manage customer communications.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management, building relationships across sales, product management and marketing services.
• Proactive attitude, comfortable working both independently and within a team.
