About the role
The Marketing Campaign Manager (HubSpot) at TracPlus owns the execution, coordination, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across HubSpot, digital, and offline channels. This hands‑on role translates strategy, product messaging and campaign direction into measurable activities across email, website, blog, social and offline media.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, build, launch and report on campaigns in HubSpot, ensuring accurate configuration, metadata, tracking and attribution.
- Create, assemble and publish campaign content, including emails, blog posts, landing pages, CTAs and newsletters.
- Maintain audience segmentation, workflows and automation sequences.
- Track performance, maintain dashboards and provide insights to improve engagement, conversion and efficiency.
- Coordinate marketing work‑in‑progress, ensuring visibility of priorities, timelines and deliverables across teams and external partners.
Required profile
- Strong execution focus with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and data‑driven mindset.
- Effective collaboration with CMO, product marketing, sales, operations and creative partners.
Required skills
- HubSpot platform expertise, including email marketing, landing pages, CTAs, segmentation and workflow automation.
