Marketing Associate

About the role

The Marketing Associate will support the Marketing Manager in delivering a range of initiatives that drive ticket sales for Ticketmaster, Moshtix and Universe. Working within a fast‑paced team, you will help develop strategic plans, curate digital content and provide clients with regular campaign updates.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing marketing plans across digital channels.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on key social platforms, including performance reporting and content creation.
• Develop and deliver campaigns on Ticketmaster’s owned channels to engage the fanbase.
• Prepare performance marketing briefs and manage end‑to‑end campaign execution.
• Create EDMs for presales, ticket offers, newsletters and seasonal promotions.
• Maintain and update campaign landing pages and the Ticketmaster NZ website schedule.
• Produce post‑campaign and post‑event reports, analysing data to inform future strategies.
• Upload marketing assets and manage a structured digital asset library.
• Liaise with Client Managers to ensure timely and accurate asset delivery.

Required profile

• Willingness to support major announcements or campaign needs outside regular hours.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with the wider Marketing Services team.
• Ability to stay current with digital marketing trends and apply them to performance marketing.
