Marketing and Demand Generation Specialist

About the role

The Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist will own the design and execution of a structured B2B marketing programme for an established technology services business. This hands‑on role blends strategic planning with day‑to‑day delivery of content, campaigns, automation and sales enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel B2B demand generation campaigns.
• Create and manage content that translates complex technology solutions for business decision‑makers.
• Set up, optimise and report on HubSpot workflows, segmentation and automation.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, business development and technical SMEs to align messaging and nurture qualified opportunities.
• Support sales teams with collateral, messaging and campaign insights.
• Assess existing marketing activities, recommend priorities and establish scalable processes.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in B2B marketing, demand generation or growth marketing.
• Previous work in managed services, IT services or a related technology sector.
• Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategy and independently execute initiatives.
• Strong experience creating B2B content for technical services and business audiences.
• Experience planning and delivering multi‑channel campaigns.
• Excellent written English with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging content.
• Strong stakeholder interviewing, communication and collaboration skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently in a newly established marketing function.
• Analytical mindset with confidence using performance data to guide decisions.
