Market Analyst

About the role

FRAMECAD is looking for an experienced Market Analyst to help shape its go‑to‑market strategy. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will turn market signals and internal data into actionable insights that guide where the business focuses its growth efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and size market opportunities, including TAM/SAM/SOM analysis.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market segmentation to define ideal customer profiles.
• Gather and synthesize customer research, industry trends, and primary interview data.
• Build and maintain dashboards and strategic reports using Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product and Finance to surface critical business data.
• Create target account lists and support product positioning with data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in market research, market intelligence, business analysis or a data‑focused analyst role, preferably in B2B, industrial tech or SaaS.
• Proven ability to work with CRM, sales data and industry reports to produce clear recommendations.
• Comfortable conducting structured research interviews and translating qualitative findings into strategic actions.
