Marina Concierge

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and people‑focused Marina Concierge to be one of the welcoming faces of our marina. In this on‑site, contract position you will be the first point of contact for boat owners, visitors and guests, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist marina guests, providing information about facilities, services and local attractions.
• Manage boat slip bookings, check‑ins and check‑outs, and maintain accurate records.
• Answer telephone enquiries, respond to emails and handle routine administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with marina staff to resolve issues quickly and maintain high service standards.
• Promote marina events and services, helping to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑service oriented and able to work independently.
