About the role
We are looking for a hands‑on leader to build and scale a process engineering team focused on high‑volume discrete hardware assembly that supports farmers and their animals.
Key responsibilities
- Build the process team and its standards as production scales up.
- Stay hands‑on: a player‑coach role, not a desk‑bound manager.
- Lead work that helps farmers and their animals every day.
