About the role
Lead and shape the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) team in Christchurch, delivering complex engineering projects for AECOM. The role combines people leadership, client and project management, and technical oversight across New Zealand, Australia and the global T&D network.
Key responsibilities
- Provide people leadership, shape culture and enable performance across all career levels.
- Lead client engagements, project delivery and technical direction while coaching and mentoring staff.
- Collaborate with teams in New Zealand, Australia and AECOM’s global T&D community.
- Oversee an established team of technical engineers to deliver T&D projects.
- Shape, empower and mentor the team to achieve project objectives.
