Manager, Lifecycle Time & Attendance (APAC)

About the role

Remote is seeking a Manager to lead the planning, implementation and service delivery for its Lifecycle Time & Attendance team across the APAC region. You will work remotely with a distributed, international team, helping clients navigate complex global employment compliance while integrating cutting‑edge technology.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of Time & Attendance services for clients in over 80 countries.
• Lead, coach and develop a distributed team of HR professionals.
• Ensure compliance with local wage and hour laws, policy exceptions and disciplinary processes.
• Integrate automation and AI solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed technology into HR workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, capacity and compliance coverage.

Required profile

• Hands‑on people‑management experience with a coaching mindset, preferably leading distributed international teams.
• Proven track record in HR Operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Deep expertise in Time & Attendance regulations, wage/hour laws and related compliance matters.
• Strong understanding of jurisdiction‑specific policy exceptions and disciplinary procedures.
• Ability to navigate complex legal and employee‑relations issues in a fast‑paced environment.
