Management Trainee Program 2027

About the role

The Management Trainee Program 2027 is a two‑year, permanent graduate pathway at L'Oréal. Participants rotate through 2‑3 six‑month assignments across Consumer Products, Luxury, Dermatological Beauty, Professional Products, and Corporate divisions, gaining hands‑on experience in retail, e‑commerce, sales, and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage retail accounts and B2B e‑commerce projects.
• Support operational sales and category strategy development.
• Collaborate with a wide range of retailers, from pharmacies to e‑boutiques.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships and deliver integrated growth plans.
• Develop commercial plans from concept to execution and assist in negotiating product launches and promotions.
• Participate in traditional and digital marketing campaigns, including influencer outreach and PR coordination.
• Create and maintain online presence through website, CRM design, and EDM communications.
• Conduct market, product, and sales analysis to inform business decisions.
