Machine Operator – Bakery Production

About the role
We are looking for a reliable bakery machine operator to join our production team in Wainoni. The role involves operating bakery equipment to ensure smooth, high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, run and monitor bakery machines during production shifts.
- Maintain production targets while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Identify and report any mechanical issues, assisting with minor troubleshooting.
- Document production data and follow standard operating procedures.
Required profile
- Dependable and able to work full-time on-site.
- Previous experience operating bakery or food-production machinery is preferred.
- Ability to work in a team and follow health and safety guidelines.
Required skills
- Bakery machine operation.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting.
