Logistics Planner – Fuel Delivery

About the role

Join McFall Fuel’s high‑performing planning team and take ownership of scheduling fuel deliveries across a regional network. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative virtual environment, ensuring drivers, customers and terminals stay aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise delivery schedules to maximise efficiency and minimise delays.
• Coordinate closely with drivers, terminal staff and sales teams.
• Manage daily operational challenges and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve planning outcomes.
• Maintain safety compliance with NZTA regulations and internal standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, transport or operational planning.
• Strong scheduling and coordination abilities with a focus on safety.
• Ability to think ahead, prioritise tasks and adapt quickly to changing conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
