Logistics & Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics & Operations Specialist to join Miele’s Auckland team. The role focuses on optimizing inventory, supporting the sales function and driving operational excellence across the supply chain. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless flow of goods from warehouse to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and improve inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to align logistics activities with customer demand.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance supply‑chain efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report on operational performance.
• Coordinate with warehousing and transportation partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with company standards.
