Logistics Coordinator – Keep Our Trucks Moving

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of vehicles from arrival to delivery across our nationwide network. The role supports the Sales team and acts as the link between departments, suppliers and customers, ensuring smooth operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle movements across sites and departments, maintaining accurate location and condition records.
• Liaise with shipping companies, organise transport and contract drivers, and oversee truck detailing and preparation timelines.
• Inspect incoming vehicles, report damage, allocate stock numbers and manage processing schedules.
• Arrange quotes, purchase orders for vehicle work and accessories, and oversee builds from chassis to final delivery.
• Ensure all compliance, certifications and documentation are completed, conduct final quality checks and deliver handovers across both North and South Islands.

Required profile

• Full, clean NZ driver licence (minimum Class 2).
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
