Logistics Coordinator – ANZ

About the role

Royal Canin is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure efficient, reliable product delivery across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Logistics Manager ANZ, you will act as the key link between the company and third‑party logistics partners, supporting day‑to‑day operations from an Auckland office.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations across Australia and New Zealand.
• Monitor service delivery performance, productivity and logistics costs against KPIs.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of operational issues and support sustainable improvements.
• Assist with service agreement reviews and recommend logistics solutions.
• Build strong relationships with 3PL providers and internal supply‑chain stakeholders.
• Support inbound container transport, national distribution, and activities across six ANZ distribution centres.
• Maintain logistics processes, SOPs and quality compliance.
• Provide inventory‑related administration, reporting and insights for business decisions.
• Spend at least one day per week onsite with the 3PL partner; the rest of the time in the Auckland office.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3‑5 years’ experience in logistics, transport, warehousing or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong understanding of transport and distribution‑centre operations.
• Experience working with third‑party logistics providers and customer‑facing stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse performance data and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Experience in logistics cost controls and service performance management.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
