Leasing Consultant – Luxury Lease‑Up

About the role

As a Leasing Consultant for Encore Bishop Heights, you will be a key driver during the luxury lease‑up phase, introducing the community to the market and helping to achieve high occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from first contact through move‑in, while supporting community‑building events.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, qualify prospects, and guide them through the leasing process.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Collect and record prospective resident information at move‑in.
• Monitor market trends and collaborate with leadership to adjust pricing, concessions, and marketing strategies.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events to generate traffic and build a vibrant resident community.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships with prospects and residents.
