Learning Designer – 12 month Fixed Term

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Designer to join our Culture and Capability team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will work closely with stakeholders to design simple, practical and compliant learning solutions for our retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning content using tools such as Articulate 360.
• Translate business needs into learner‑focused solutions.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams to build essential skills.
• Manage multiple learning projects and priorities.
• Ensure learning initiatives are compliant and aligned with retail operations.

Required profile

• Experience designing and delivering learning or capability initiatives.
• Strong instructional design and written communication abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Highly organised with ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Team player with creative mindset and passion for people.

Required skills

• Articulate 360 (or similar authoring tool).
