Lead Webflow Developer

About the role

HNDRX, an award‑winning creative studio, is looking for a Lead Webflow Developer to own the technical direction of its digital projects. You will work closely with designers and developers to turn ambitious concepts into high‑performing web experiences, while shaping the studio’s future technology strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery from scoping to deployment across all active projects.
• Architect and build complex Webflow sites using Client First, Mast and Lumos frameworks.
• Implement motion and interaction design with GSAP, Webflow Interactions and Lottie.
• Plan and execute large‑scale content migrations (500‑1,000+ pages), including CMS architecture and scripted migration.
• Write custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript to extend no‑code capabilities.
• Integrate third‑party tools and APIs such as Zapier, Make and CRM platforms.
• Establish code‑quality standards and review processes for the team.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to raise studio‑wide output quality.
• Participate in client‑facing technical discussions and advise on the best tools, including headless CMS and Shopify.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional development experience with seniority on at least one major platform.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale content migrations.
• Experience working in a brand, design or creative studio environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones.
