Lead Physiotherapist

About the role

Habit Health is seeking an energetic Lead Physiotherapist to join its Auckland clinic. You will drive process improvements, mentor a team of clinicians, and maintain a personal caseload while delivering high‑quality rehabilitation services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical and Service Leads to ensure a high‑quality service.
• Use client feedback to develop best‑practice processes for the clinic and region.
• Deliver personalised rehabilitation solutions and products.
• Manage a diverse caseload, creating appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Introduce process improvements and guide the team toward clinical excellence.

Required profile

• Current NZ Physiotherapy registration and APC.
• Full NZ driver’s licence for community‑based rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Five years of physiotherapy experience is desirable.
