Lead Generation Representative – Entry Level Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Representative to join our corporate sales team in Christchurch. This entry‑level position focuses on creating early‑stage demand for Xe’s foreign‑exchange and international payments solutions, giving you a solid foundation in sales while working with global corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email and digital channels to identify potential corporate clients.
• Serve as the first point of contact, performing basic qualification to assess client suitability.
• Schedule and book qualified meetings for senior sales colleagues.
• Develop a working knowledge of FX, currency exposure and international payment products.
• Collaborate with senior SDRs, business development managers and marketing to nurture opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, coachable attitude.
• Interest in sales, financial services or a commercial career.
• Excellent organization and time‑management abilities.
