Lead Generation Representative – Entry Level Sales

About the role
The Lead Generation Representative is an entry‑level sales position focused on creating early‑stage demand for Xe’s FX and international payments solutions. You will receive structured training, mentorship and a clear development pathway while supporting the Corporate Sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting across phone, email and digital channels.
- Act as the first point of contact for potential corporate clients.
- Conduct basic qualification to confirm client suitability.
- Build foundational knowledge of foreign‑exchange and international payments.
- Partner with senior SDRs, Business Development Managers and Marketing to progress opportunities.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Coachability and willingness to learn.
- Interest in sales, financial services or a commercial career.
- Strong organisation and time‑management abilities.
