Lead Frontend Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to own and shape the user‑facing experience across our digital products, marketing sites and internal tools. You will be involved from concept through build, release and continuous improvement, ensuring high‑quality, maintainable front‑end systems that reflect our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable UI components and reusable libraries using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Drive UX decisions, creating intuitive user flows, interactions and visual behaviour.
• Integrate front‑end features with REST and GraphQL APIs and manage CI/CD pipelines for production releases.
• Collaborate closely with product, design and engineering teams to balance user needs with technical constraints.
• Maintain performance, accessibility and cross‑browser compatibility across all digital surfaces.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional front‑end development experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical decisions and mentor junior engineers.
• Strong eye for detail and passion for delivering polished, user‑centric interfaces.

Required skills

• HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design.
• Modern JavaScript with expertise in React and/or Vue.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Version control with Git and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Bonus: WordPress, Figma/design systems, motion/animation, SEO best practices.
