Lead DevOps & Operations Analyst – Healthcare Platforms

About the role

Valentia Technologies is seeking a seasoned Lead DevOps & Operations Analyst to drive the operational transition, automation, reliability and evolution of large‑scale government and healthcare digital services. You will partner with engineering, security, service delivery and customer teams to ensure highly available, secure and scalable cloud and hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute DevOps and platform operations strategy across multiple enterprise environments.
• Support operational transition and knowledge transfer for newly onboarded platforms.
• Improve platform reliability, observability, scalability and automation.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code, deployment automation and release processes.
• Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, incident response and disaster‑recovery capabilities.
• Collaborate with development teams to raise deployment quality and operational maturity.
• Drive security, compliance and audit readiness across environments.
• Mentor engineers and establish best practices for DevOps and platform operations.
• Engage with external vendors, government stakeholders and delivery partners as required.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in operational support, DevOps, SRE or platform operations.
• Proven experience supporting large‑scale enterprise or government environments.
• Strong background in regulated, mission‑critical systems.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Deep expertise with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
• Kubernetes, Docker/containerisation.
• Terraform or other infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Scripting in PowerShell, Bash or Python.
• Monitoring and observability tooling.
• Networking, identity, security and access management.
• ITIL processes for incident, problem, change and release management.
