About the role
As a Lands Manager at Ernslaw One, you will lead the management, optimisation, and growth of our nationwide land and property portfolio within a dynamic forestry environment. You will evaluate land asset performance, recommend strategic actions, and support the expansion of our holdings across New Zealand. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, providing flexibility between office and remote locations while working with great people in a dynamic industry.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the nationwide land and property portfolio.
- Optimise land use and asset performance.
- Drive growth of the portfolio across New Zealand.
- Evaluate portfolio metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align land strategies with business objectives.
Required profile
- Proven ability to lead management, optimisation, and growth of land and property assets.
- Experience working within a forestry or land‑based environment.
