Labourer / Driver Operator

About the role

We are seeking reliable Labourer / Driver Operators to join our growing team in New Zealand. The role involves a mix of driving, waste handling and operating a range of industrial equipment across our waste management and industrial services projects.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Class 4 trucks, tip loads and operate vacuum loading equipment.
• Handle waste materials safely and efficiently.
• Operate diggers, heavy machinery and small Class 2 tipper trucks with trailer‑mounted equipment.
• Use vacuum loading units, combo units and high‑pressure water‑jetting equipment.
• Perform general labour and site work as required.

Required profile

• Valid Class 4 driver licence (Class 5 preferred).
• Experience operating machinery is highly regarded.
• Industrial services or hydro‑excavation experience is advantageous.

Required skills

• Class 4 driver licence.
• Class 5 driver licence (preferred).
• Operation of diggers and heavy machinery.
• Vacuum loading and high‑pressure water‑jetting operation.
