About the role

Join Opaa! Food Management as a Kitchen Staff member to prepare breakfast and lunch offerings, support serving lines, and assist with occasional catering events. You will work in a fast‑paced cafeteria environment, ensuring food quality and safety at every step.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain serving lines, keeping food at required temperatures.
• Prepare menu items and baked goods according to Opaa! recipes and daily plans.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas, including dishwashing stations and storage racks.
• Manage inventory using FIFO procedures and assist the Kitchen Manager with requisitions.
• Record production data, temperature logs, and follow HACCP and CACFP regulations.
• Participate in safety programs, meetings, and required training sessions.

Required profile

• Ability to follow standardized recipes and menu plans.
• Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours in an onsite kitchen environment.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a focus on quality presentation and hospitality.
