About the role

Our Kitchen Hands play a vital role in keeping the Food & Beverage operations running smoothly. You will maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation while assisting with basic food preparation under the guidance of the on‑duty chef.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the chef.
• Support overall kitchen operations and workflow.
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including random drug and alcohol testing.

Required profile

• "Can‑do" attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Motivated team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.

Required skills

• Basic food preparation.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices.
