About the role

We are looking for an energetic Kitchen Hand to keep our kitchen running smoothly at The Wayward Pigeon in Hamilton. The role involves supporting chefs, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the service area is ready for busy periods.

Key responsibilities

• Wash dishes and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy, and organized throughout the shift.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks when needed.
• Maintain hygiene standards and follow health and safety procedures.
• Help organise stations to ensure a smooth service flow.
