About the role
Our Kitchen Hands are essential to the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage team. Working under the guidance of the on‑duty Chef, you will help maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and basic food preparation in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and service areas.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the Chef.
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods to ensure timely service.
- Handle waste disposal and stock replenishment following health and safety guidelines.
Required profile
- Positive "can‑do" attitude with strong communication skills.
- Motivated team player who thrives in a fast‑paced setting.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

- Hourly rate of $27.50 – $29.00 gross.
- 30‑50 guaranteed hours per week.
