Key Account Manager – New Zealand

About the role

Anker Innovations is seeking a commercially‑minded Key Account Manager to grow its retail and channel presence across New Zealand. You will work directly with customers, execute growth plans and gradually take on greater ownership of key accounts in a fast‑moving consumer electronics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management of key retail and distribution accounts in New Zealand.
• Represent Anker Innovations in customer meetings, range reviews and buying discussions, progressing to commercial negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, planners and retail stakeholders.
• Track sales performance, contribute to revenue and distribution growth initiatives.
• Coordinate retail marketing, product launches, promotions and in‑store displays with customers and internal teams.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, range expansions and whitespace across online and offline channels.
• Prepare basic reporting, analyse account data and share market insights.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain partners on demand forecasting, stock flow and order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management or other customer‑facing commercial roles.
• Experience in consumer electronics, FMCG or retail‑driven industries.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive account growth.
